HOW DO I CLEAN THE CANVAS?
Canvas is water-repellent but not waterproof. Avoid friction with clothing that may contain unset dye. Lighter colors may stain more easily. We recommend Ecover Stain Remover for spot-cleaning. Follow directions on the package. Do not machine wash.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE LEATHER?
We recommend Honey Leather Cleaner for spot-cleaning. Follow directions on the package and do not oversaturate with water. “Raw” leather is untreated and undyed, and stains easily - purchase and handle with care. All other leather colors are treated.
CAN WE COLLABORATE?
Unfortunately, we get lots of requests to collaborate and we are only able to entertain a select few. We are a very small, family business with a limited marketing budget. Before you reach out, know that we are highly selective about who we partner with. If you feel that your brand is qualified (more than 10k followers, high traffic blog or youtube channel, high engagement, etc) and you would like to be considered, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that we cannot respond to every inquiry, sorry.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE LEADER BAGS IN PERSON?
We focus on direct-to-consumer so we can keep our prices low, but we do entertain a wholesale requests if they feel like the right fit. If you’re interested in carrying Leader Bags in your stores, please email email@example.com.
Shipping & Returns
Your bag will arrive plastic-wrapped inside a sturdy Leader Bag Co box, and will include a personal, handwritten note from one of our owners. Lead With Love items come wrapped in coordinating kraft paper for easy gifting. Your items will ship within 3 business days from the time of the order.
During checkout, you'll be able to select a shipping rate from UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship to select international destinations. During checkout, you'll be able to select a shipping rate from UPS or USPS. Leader Bag Co is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees. No refunds for any international sales.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic returns are allowed for items in new condition within 14 days of receipt. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions. Bags with manufacturer defects are repaired or replaced at Leader Bag Co's expense. Absolutely no returns or refunds on items from the charitable Lead With Love collection.
